Welcome to Crayda — the trusted online marketplace for Fortnite UEFN creators to upload, share, and monetize digital creative assets. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Crayda and its associated services. By registering an account, uploading or downloading content, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Crayda.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

  • Users can create multiple accounts, but it is not recommended.

  • Uploaded assets are immediately visible on the platform but are reviewed by the Crayda moderation team. Assets that pass the quality test will display a "✅ Tested" badge.

  • If an uploaded asset fails the quality check, the uploader’s account may be suspended pending verification.

  • Users found to be scamming, reselling stolen assets, or behaving abusively will receive one warning. Continued abuse may lead to permanent suspension.

2. Creator Rights and Asset Ownership

  • Creators retain full ownership of their uploaded content.

  • Crayda does not claim ownership of any user-uploaded asset.

  • Crayda has the right to inspect uploaded assets for quality assurance.

  • Creators may choose to sell assets to multiple users or limit access (e.g., exclusivity). However, buyers are strictly prohibited from reselling assets.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

  • Copyrighted material you do not own

  • NSFW, obscene, or offensive content

  • Malicious code, malware, or harmful files

  • Any asset violating Fortnite’s or Epic Games' policies

Violating content will be removed and may lead to account suspension.

4. Payments, Wallet, and Earnings

  • Creators must subscribe to a $3.99/month membership to upload and sell.

  • Crayda charges no transaction or platform fees. Creators keep 100% of their earnings.

  • Buyers pay directly through Stripe or PayPal.

  • Sellers may request a payout at any time. Transfers are processed within 3 business days via PayPal or bank transfer.

  • Transaction fees may apply depending on the payout method.

  • Users are responsible for their own tax declarations and compliance. Crayda can assist with general information.

5. Refunds and Disputes

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only considered if the asset was purchased before it was officially marked as "Tested" by Crayda staff.

  • Disputes must first be handled between buyer and seller. If unresolved, Crayda may intervene to mediate and find a fair resolution.

6. Reviews and Community Conduct

  • Buyers may leave feedback after purchases. A creator's rating is auto-generated based on this feedback.

  • Reviews may only be removed if they contain hate speech, threats, or inappropriate language.

  • Crayda hosts a creator community area for discussions and collaboration. Respectful interaction is expected at all times.

7. Subscription and Membership

  • Membership includes:
    ✔️ Unlimited asset uploads (maps, Verse scripts, 3D assets, FX packs, etc.)
    ✔️ Unlimited access to free content
    ✔️ Access to pro-only assets and exclusive kits
    ✔️ 100% earnings — no commissions

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly via Stripe.

  • Users may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for membership payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Crayda checks all uploaded content for safety and functionality. However, we do not guarantee the performance of third-party assets.

  • You agree to use the platform at your own risk.

  • Crayda is not liable for any damages arising from asset use, including but not limited to data loss, device failure, or loss of revenue.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Crayda is operated by WowMakes Ltd, registered in England.

  • Business Address: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the site. Continued use of Crayda after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
