At Crayda, we are committed to providing high-quality digital assets and tools for Fortnite UEFN creators. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once a download or transaction has been completed. However, we also believe in fairness and transparency, which is why we have a fully integrated refund request system for valid claims.
1. General Refund Terms

All purchases of digital products on Crayda are non-refundable by default.

This policy helps protect creators from abuse and ensures the integrity of downloaded content.
2. Exception: Untested Asset Purchases
Refunds may be considered under the following condition:

The asset was purchased before receiving a ✅ Tested badge from Crayda's moderation team.

Users must submit a refund request through the Crayda Refund System within 48 hours of purchase.

The asset must not have been downloaded, extracted, or used in any published project.
Refund requests are evaluated directly in the user's dashboard. Notifications and resolution updates are delivered via email and in-platform messages.
3. Asset Quality & Functionality

All assets are reviewed for quality assurance and functionality.

Once an asset receives the ✅ Tested badge, it is marked verified, and refund eligibility is voided.

For technical issues, users are encouraged to first contact the creator.

If the issue is unresolved, users may open a case through the refund system for Crayda mediation.
4. How the Refund System Works

Go to My Purchases > Request Refund beside the asset in question.

Submit a clear explanation and supporting evidence.

Our team reviews the claim within 2–5 business days.

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method.
All activity is tracked within your account for transparency.
5. Subscription Refunds

Crayda’s $3.99/month membership is a non-refundable service.

Memberships can be canceled anytime, and cancellation stops future billing.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused subscription time.
6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed without using the Crayda refund system will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved within our system.
